Kelp Helpers Returns Policy
At Kelp Helpers, we stand behind the quality of our p. If your coasters arrive broken or damaged, we will gladly replace them at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange the replacement for you.
For all other reasons, such as change of mind or incorrect orders, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
This policy complies with New Zealand consumer law, which requires that goods must be of acceptable quality. If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we are obligated to offer a remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund. However, we are not required to accept returns for change of mind.
